Technical Interests

I began programming in Visual Basic at age 16, mainly because it offered an alternative to pulling boxes in the family warehouse business. Since then, I’ve programmed systems in a range of languages, from form applications with Microsoft’s C# and VB.NET, to web systems with PHP, and console applications with Python.

My current research project is the development of an alternative to PowerPoint, KeyNote, and other presentation tools. This is coded in JavaScript as a Rich Web Application (the server side runs on couchdb). Information on 3rdRow can be found at the repository.
